Thanksgiving weekend was pretty much the last time I had a really good practice. As I was preparing my car to return home after the holiday, I tripped on a small branch and fell on the sidewalk, ouch! I recovered from the soreness in my arms and shoulder but my hip is still bothering me. It's a strange feeling, it doesn't feel like a muscle is pulled. It's also in two different areas: the upper part of my hamstring and the other is in the front, for which I don't know the anatomical area. The doctor didn't think I had a fracture. It's annoying in any case and it's lead me to lose motivation in my practice. Sadly yes, even though the doctor said yoga would help. I just can't seem to get motivated.
